Hey not entirely sure I signed up for commenting but...when I hit on something good I should share. I like the Edraw tool and I especially like the fact that the output is xml. Mind you I don\'t know what I will do with it right now but the flexibility of xml is something that I may be able to leverage. A good product...and I merely scratched the surface with the demo version. My office may be able to use a product like this one.
When I tried to download the software an emty page showed up and nothing else happened

ok its downloaded & installedscan for network port virusesit detects not removing
Crashes immediately This is another bit of software that looks good on paper, but which would benefit from some basic testing. It fails immediately on opening, after an install onto a standard XP system.... back to the drawing-board I would say. pity, because it surely does >look< good. All I can say is that the download and install went without a hitch (!)...things start to go bad as soon as you try to actually run it. I tried re-installing and tried additional PCs...all the same result.
Goog Stuff Nsauditor is a good network tool for monitoring and network check... Many useful tools for scanning, sniffing, enumerating and gaining access to machines.

I love this tool. It allows me to ALSO find info on IP addresses, something that other tools do not allow; they only allow domain names to be found.
SmartWhois 5.0 is a quite friendly and good product for Windows platform. Despite overall good look and functionality (it can look for single domain name/ip address as well as for list of names/addresses provided in file) it has some disadvantages. My primary goal using it was to get some info on our internal (organization) domain names (asm.md) but the reply was "This upper level domain name is currently not supported".Being a programmer and researcher I've searched the iNet and have found a list of whois servers, where a server was assigned to the md domain. So, it ...
Firefox 3 - SmartWhois Integration I have used SmartWhois before - I think it's a useful utility that I would normally activate from my Browser (rather than as a standalone app. I upgraded yesterday to SmartWhoIs 4.1 but am unable to find a way of configuring it to work in my Firefox Browser.Under 'Settings>Options>Integration' there are selectable boxes for Internet Explorer and Outlook but there is just a message indicating that Firefox,SeaMonkey, Flock and Netscape extensions are included but are not installed automatically. Press F1 for the Installation Instructions.Hitting the F1 Key brings up more information in SmartWhoIs Help on 'Integration ...
Great little programme Excellent utility that, perhaps returns too much information. Really depends why you are using it. Sometimes I just want the e-mail addresses for the abuse@*.* and a little more work I required using other util.

Yes it does work. Place it on a USB stick together with an exported .ini file containing the data of every Computer in the Network (which you have previously entered), then wander around to each and affect the changes. Reboot them all. Done. Of course it won\'t solve Network problems outside its scope. Perhaps one day someone will actually fully spell out what a PC needs, so as to run a Network reliably, per operating system.
